And now I am on Active Duty sitting in the comfort of my own home, while women are deployed to Iraq, toting M-16s, and wearing combat boots and Kevlar. That's precisely why I cannot recommend military service to any Christian young man, and certainly for no woman. However, if I voiced that thought at work, I would face at least a Summary Courts Martial.
